Fees

When opening a new file, clear agreements are made with the client about the applicable fees.

A one-off administrative fee of € 165 will be charged when opening a new file. External costs (e.g. court costs, translation costs, expert costs, etc.) are charged.

In principle, fees are invoiced monthly, accompanied by an overview of the services performed and external costs incurred.

The invoices must be paid within 14 days.

Counter

The lawyers who are part of Customs Legal are members of the Antwerp bar.

Liability insurance

The lawyers who are part of Customs Legal have professional liability insurance in accordance with the ethical conditions.

Cooperation

Customs Legal BV is a separate and independent service provider that has entered into a multidisciplinary partnership with Customs Legal Solutions BV in the form of a multidisciplinary grouping. Customs Legal BV and Customs Legal Solutions BV do not exercise control over each other, do not act as agents of each other and accept no liability for the actions or omissions of each other.
